Hi,
I bought a watch from knockoffdeal.com. The watch was android smart watch as mentioned on the website. They sent me a completly different product which is not an android watch so i mailed them and sent them requestof exchanging theproduct with the genuine product which was mentioned on the website my returnid is 2357 and the orderid is[protected] the date for complaint is 16/10/2017. Then mentioned that they will get back to me before 31st of october 2017 but after that no response from them not on the main and not even on their website. I tried calling them on their customer no. Provided on website but that no. Is wrong.
