I have ordered a smart watch on this website and rerceived a kids watch worth rs.30 range. When i tried to return the product thy asked me to fill a form in website. It demanded order id and product code etc but these are uneditable fields. They havent provided any other communication options.

I request you to make them refund my money or replace my product
Here im attaching the img of the return form in which we cant even edit the fields like order id, product code, product name, product code etc but they are mandatory
