My Experience with KNS Billore (KNS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd)
I approached the developer with lot of hopes during their pre-launch phase and made a booking. After paying the booking amount, I noticed challenges in communication and professionalism. Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive a receipt for my booking, only a confirmation email.
Later, I decided to cancel before signing an agreement and requested a refund. While they acknowledged my cancellation and requested bank details which I provided to their CRM team, I have yet to receive the refund even after 125+ days. Multiple emails and follow-ups have only resulted in vague responses without clear timelines.
Recently I got a mail from CRM saying they will return my money. But it was just a bluff game played by CRM Team to create a false hope.
