Myself amarjeet sharma. I am working for kocharinfotech pvt. Ltd. Amritsar for about 2.5 years. My employee id is 301368. And approximatly about 9 days ago (29th september) i feel fever and so i take a leave. I do my blood tests. After reports i came to know that i have typhoid. So i informed my team leader mr. Niranjan kumar about my typhoid. They told me to come to office. I have really i fever so i dont go to office and that morning i received a message from my tl that he is holding my salary cancelling my resignation (I was on resignation period at that time). He called on my phone but i cant pick any call i am not able to pick any call due to strong medicines and sleepness because of medicines. And on 3rd october he again message me that he has absconded (Blacklisted) me from office. I reply him that please dont do that as that i have become very weak due to this fever and if he cant do anything then i will talk to office management. He replied very rudely that do whatever you want. You cant enter in office without my permission. I requested him to i can send you my typhoid medical report and doctor's prescription. He then told me to send that prescription so i send him that picture of prescription. And after that i never get any reply from them. On 7th of october i received a message from him that you have been blacklisted and he also hold my salary. And my experience letter also gone. I mean how can they do this to me. I am working in their organisation from 2.5 years. If they blacklisted me i dont mind but aleast they can provide me my experience letter of 2.5 years and my salary. Please i really need my salary because i am not from rich family. Atleast they provide me my experience letter and salary. Or they can let me rejoin the organisation.
