I am writing to file a complaint regarding the illegal construction of a wall in front of my kitchen for room 104 Kohinoor Plaza CHS. The structure of this wall has caused significant inconvenience and has adversely affected my property.
On June 2022, I noticed a wall was being built in front of my kitchen without my permission or any proper permits from the local authorities. Since then, the construction of the wall has been completed, and it has completely blocked the view from my kitchen window, reducing the natural light in my kitchen and obstructing my view of the surrounding area.
I have tried to discuss this matter with the individual and the committee responsible for the construction, but they have been unresponsive and have refused to remove the wall. The society asked me to pay for another illegal wall construction 2 feet from my kitchen. As a result, I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
I want to request an investigation into this matter, and I urge the authorities to take appropriate action to have the wall removed. I believe that this wall is in violation of local building codes and zoning laws, and it is causing harm to my property and my quality of life.
