2 items with tracking number RC[protected]CN and RK[protected]CN has not been delivered since Nov.2014 from KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE.It was shipped through China Post. Its too annoying since these were birthday gifts on December 5th, 2014.

Kolkata Airport Sorting Office — Air Mail parcel from China is stuck at Kolkata Sorting Office

My parcel no. RH[protected]CN from China is stuck at the Kolkata sorting office.The tracking results show no update after 3rd November. Is there a telephone number to an official at Kolkata Sorting Office who could resolve the problem?

Hello, my parcel from China was shipped on 15th January 2020. It’s showing that since then the parcel is at Kolkata Airport Sorting office.
But there is no update after that.

Please update the status of the parcel and let me know when it will be delivered.
