Kolors Health Care Llp — Misleading information given to purchase a Programme, Rude and Unprofessional Behavior by Kolors Staff

Respected Sir / Madam,
I had visited the Kolors Health Care branch in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore on February 14, 2022 and had enrolled in a programme to reduce 15 KG’s but during the course of the treatment the staff members were very rude, un-professional and provided mis-leading information for me to purchase a 60, 000/- INR plan (30 sessions, each session for amount 2000/- INR) for reduction of 15KG’s.
The staff members up-sold a program to me where-by I insisted for only few numbers of sessions for me to check as a trial and then prolong, then they acted / behaved in a way whereby I will not be able to continue to take the service from their end as I have lost the Trust I had in them.
This email talks more about how this Organization (Kolors Health Care LLP) cheats it’s customers by making them go to the respective centres, meet the physicians who then give false information such as the metabolic age to trick them to over purchase plans or make them forfeit the treatment whilst it is in progress.
I had seen various advertisement campaigns for weightless by the Kolors organization and I had spoken with the sales executive in February 2022. They advised me to reach their nearest centre to me that was the Kalyan Nagar Branch.
I had spoken with the Sales team few times before but was unable to reach their Healthcare centers, they had mentioned there was a discount period ongoing where they offered me (60% discount, for each session). The Customer Care people also took my age, height and weight.
I visited the Kalyan Nagar Branch on February 14 and spoke first with the Dietician Kavya.I had informed them that I was redirected by the Customer Support to reach this centre, they also asked me how much discount was offered to me and all the details which I had provided to customer care.
The Kalyan Nager Kolors branch staff themselves told me that they don’t know what was promised by Sales / Customer Support team via Call so they needed to get this information.
I then spoke with Mrs. Sushma R B (Centre manager) for Kalyan Nagar, she discussed with me about my eating habits, work hours and other details. I took a Weigh-in and she then started advising me about my metabolic age. She advised that I was metabolic age was 55 where-as I was truly 32.
She told me to enrol in a 25-30 weigh loss programme and said I need to take 50 Sessions.At this point she advised me that each session is 5000/- but since the Customer Support has assured me discount of 60%. The session’s will be 2000/- INR each so they asked for 1 Lakh(100, 000/-), I had informed them that It would not be feasible for me to enroll into such a programme(50 sessions) financially and I also would need less number of sessions so I can check if I find it comfortable to join this programme.

I was then taken to a room to discuss with Raja Rajeshwari, who seems to be part of Account in this Kolors Healthcare Firm. I informed her that I don’t have wish to enroll in a programme for 50 sessions of weightloss treatment costing me 1 Lakh(100, 000/-) and I can only afford something around 40, 000 /- I can pay upfront.
She then discussed with Mrs.Sushma on call and they asked for 30 sessions for 2000/- each. This would mean 60, 000/-. I had asked them to reduce the number of sessions very clearly because I did not know if I would be comfortable with this therapy or process or if the results, they ask for would match my schedule. I reluctantly agreed on February 14 to enrol in the programme and gave them 5000 /- advance and assured to pay them the 55, 000 /- on Feb 15, 2022.
I have paid totally 60, 000/- INR To Kolors Health Care LLP, Kalyan Nagar Bangalore.
They informed me that on Feb 14 itself, they enrolled me in a day of treatment this day and said it will be considered as trial.
My Physiotherpist was Srini.
The treatment consisted of Vibration Therapy, Massage on Fat Areas and Heat Therapy. They asked for 2 hours per day for this therapy and assured me by all means that I can come weekly twice Or Weekly Once. I clearly informed them that I may only be able to attend weekly once due to my priorities with my office work.
I then paid them 55, 000/- the next day on Feb 15, 2022 and started attending the sessions weekly once for the next 2-3 weeks.
Srini who was my physio-therapist was initially very kind and polite but every week as he used to see me and my weight not changing much, he became very rude. He used to ask me to reduce eating where-in I clearly used to say that I avoided non-veg as they informed.
Every time I started the session with him, he used to look at the weight scale and then used to go back check with the office, he used to come-back and his tone and voice would be different. It was very clear that he was upset that my weight was not going down.
I had assured the Kolors Healthcare team that I avoided Non-veg during the months of treatment, they wanted me to do atleast 1 hour exercise but this was not feasible for me due to my current work schedule.
Srini used to ask me every week, Why My Weight is not going down? And I used to inform him that I was not eating any non-veg maybe twice due to work I had to eat outside.

The Physio- therapist Srini and Dietician Kavya used to speak to me in a way where they wanted me to reduce weight myself by controlling food, going for walks and in the Kolors Center they will only activate the metabolism. This was very hurtful as I expected the programme to help me as I was unable to lose weight by myself.
I had Discussion with the Dietician one day where she sai you should avoid non-veg food, maximum twice a week and that too only in Lunch and I should exercise 1 hour every day.
When I enrolled in the Kolors Programme, Mrs Sushma guaranteed to me that I don’t need to disrupt by lifestyle much at all. They promised me that I don’t need to take any special efforts to reduce the weight and I can continue my lifestyle and can attend the Kolors Therapy once a week only.
Later as the sessions were ongoing, they were asking me to make special efforts to lose my weight -myself such as reduce eating non-veg and exercising for long hours. The weightless programme that they offer is very mis-leading and confusing.
The Kolors Healthcare team simply performs these therapy or processes to activate the Metabolism, but they expect the patients to lose weight themselves by reducing the Caloric consumption and by exercising appropriately based on age/weight. This was not the programme I intended to join but I was tricked and cheated into purchasing 30 sessions from this organization.
I then continued to be very strict with my diet and continued to exercise, when possible, I was still able to attend only weekly once to Kolors healthcare due to my work schedule.
I continued the sessions with Kolors Healthcare from February 14 to March 27, weekly once so that should make it approximately 7-8 sessions.
The last session I attended was on March 27, 2022. Here the Physio-therapist Srini checked my weight and gave me new treatment known as Non Invasive Lyposuction. He performed this procedure and mentioned that It was on trial basis.
During the weigh-in process before starting treatment on march 27, my weight did not show much of a change or trend as expected by the Physiotherapist Srini.
He was very rude that he told me itself, “so your are not here to reduce weight…” He did not tell me directly in the face but I was turning around when he said these words. They way he looked at me when performing the treatment was in disgust that my weight was not loss. He spoke and acted in very rude manner that day, normally he explains the treatment and gives advice but that day, when I asked him questions but replied to me bit rudely.
This was the case over the past weeks, when he noticed that my weight was not reducing often he used to jokingly say “you should also do your part Sir to reduce weight”, ”Please think o[censored]s when you eat non-veg or too much food” or “Comeback next week by reducing weight Sir”. This was all talked in a Jokingly but it was very offensive for me then, I was patient and showed that I was committed to the treatment but under my schedule.
I did not speak much to him that day during the treatment on March 27, 2022
When I was going to leave for that day (March 27), I was stopped by Dietician who again wanted to have another discussion with me saying I should take up the Non Invasive Lyposuction . They asked me how the treatment went for the day, I informed them it was bit more painful than the normal treatment process which itself is sometimes excruciating.
The dietician spoke to me for 10 minutes trying to sell this treatment to me, she advised that my physiotherapist advised that I should take this programme and it would cost me 1000/- INR more for each session. I advised them that I had paid 60, 000 /- INR already and I had no money, so I had paid for 30 sessions but had not used even 10 of them yet. I had asked if they can adjust the un-used 20 sessions to accommodate for this session then I can go ahead with this treatment.
They demanded that I pay 1000/- for each session more and I should take at-least 14 sessions. They demanded 14, 000/- from me, I had informed them that I don’t have the money to invest more in my health where in still the Dietician asked me to enroll for at least 5 sessions. They still demanded for 5000/-
I had refused that I don’t have the money for this and then due to emotional and physical hurt I received on March 27, 2022 I stopped attending the Kolors Weekly sessions in April.
I later called the centre on 11 April 2022 and discussed all this with Mrs.Sushma, she listened to all my issues and assured that the staff did not intend to act in this way. This is a completely false statement because without whose knowledge are they going to charge me more for a new type of Treatment(Non invasive Lypo suction) and who is supervising /advising them. She did not want to investigate further and kept re-iterating that No Refund possible, please come directly to centre to discuss further.
She said she does not have my records so far, she did not want to continue any conversation via Phone and asked me to come to the centre to settle the issue.
She clearly stated No Refund is possible and she can either put me in a break, change my Physician and dietician or change the programme.
This is very wrong, to up-sell a programme to me where-in I clearly said that I would like to take only few sessions as trial and did not need 30 sessions. Later during treatment only the staff will behave rude or force you to purchase more treatment without which we cannot continue.
There by we will lose our money and not use the sessions which we paid for in Advance. It’s Illegal to type in a Document which says Customers Money will not be refunded (attached document) because I did not use the services yet and you are creating an environment where I will never be able to use the services.

I have lost Trust in this organization and as I initially requested I needed a trial of their services for which they lied, mislead and acted with lack of integrity to sell me 30 sessions which I can never use now due to the Rude Behaviour of the Kalyan Nagar Branch.
I can only dedicate weekly 2-3 hours to the sessions and this treatment is Not working for me, Please give a refund of the unused sessions ( 30 -8 = 22 sessions) immediately. This is complete lack of integrity to have sold some programme which is un-usable and later chasing off the users or making them purchase more from you.
