I purchased gold of rupees 2400 using Amazon pay in komparify. And it successfully Added But When I try to sell it Failed Again And Again I am very panic for my savings that I lost

I sell my gold on 3 February 2024 and I get failed on 6 February 2024 . An email comes that give me your correct account details. I gave them but they didn't reply me . I send them many emails on [protected]@komparify.com
But they are not helping me.

I sold gold on Komparify and sold it after 96 hours.But instead of crediting amount to my bank account, they sent me a mail telling me I have wrong account details.so I cross checked it multiple times and found ACCOUNT DETAILS WERE CORRECT.SO I mailed them again with different bank account ..But no response..Can't see gold in wallet..Gold is gone.Money is gone.Customer support is gone.This is not done....

I have sold my 2 gold orders (Order id[protected] and[protected] on 31st of July, but the money didn't transferred also i have taken the customer support number from https://www.consumercomplaints.in i got scammed by a fraudster and in result caused financial loss.
