Bank recharge of 88/- done on[protected] at10.40 pm. By net banking for my bsnl mobile connection. My money was cut frim account and recharge not done. But was unsuccessful... Money refunded as reward points it said. How to get back my money from reward points... Kindly guide me to get my money back or recharge is done as displayed in the website. but i didnot received yet and i shoked when i go to the recharge history option there is nothing orders is showing i said this is totally fraud wapsite and pay the ammount through phone pe and also i didnot recevd any order id

Hello my name is raj kumar. I have been using komprify app but suddenly they disabled my account which had 6000 balance. They said" i was using multiple accounts and did suspicious activity, which is completely wrong. I used komprify to do only mobile recharge and now they disabled my account and not contacting with me. ([protected]@gmail.com) is my id.

The same is still not credited in my tata sky a/c. Kindly intervene and get credited the sum of rs.895/- in my tatasky a/c.

I have opted the sum of Rs.895 for my Tatasky Dhamal mix.My tatasky a/c is [protected].The amount is shown nowhere in my tatasky a/c. Being a reliability matter kindly intervene yourself
and show me credited in tatasky a/c on priority basis.Matter being considered as MOST URGENT.Kind regards.

I paid my bsnl yesterday, amount of ₹392 was deducted from my amazon pay balance but bill payment failed. Now the amount has ben refunded as komparify credits but i want it back in my amazon account. I have mailed them several time but no response. Worst platform to recharge.
I want the refund in my amazon account now
They asked me in a mail whether i want my refund in my bank account to which i replies that i want it back in my akazon account. But since then there has been no reply from their side. What sort of organization is this. Fooling customers at all fronts.

Payment was made online through internet banking from my state bank of india, bangalore account (A/c. No. [protected]). Transaction ref. No. Igacdpbui5

Otp was sent to my mobile no. [protected] as: otp for transaction cheeni labs pvt. Ltd., is 68798450 @ around 1:44:28pm.

But no recharge is done for my mobile no. [protected].

Please look in to this matter and resolve the issue urgently.

Somehow i got to know about your website and tried it to pay my mts datacard postpaid bill but i found it disgusting. The payment always failed

Amount deducted but not recharged
An amount of rs.919/- processed on 16th july'17 via debit card (State bank of india) through komparify. But the recharge was not due to failure of process.

Kindly refund amount my bank account.

If you call them back they will never pick your call and its going to ivr call drop. If they do pick your call then they would ask your name and keep the phone down.

Somehow i came to know about this site and tried to pay my MTS datacard postpaid bill but the payment always failed.Amount was deducted but the payment was failed.An amount of 943/- was deducted from the credit card(icici bank).Please refund the amount back as soon as possible.Dont cheat on customers like this please refund it.

I was trying to recharge for my mobile Rs. 309/- from Komparify amount deducted from my account for JIO no. Transaction ID:[protected]. Instead for reverting cash back they are sending amount to their wallet with out customer concerned. This need to be seriously looked into it
to avoid customer money to their wallet by Komparify and there is no contact no to speak to customer care. Transaction failed documents attached.

I have recharged by logging in to komparify website and i got confirmation from my bank that cash has been deducted towards this recharge but my mobile is not recharged yet, my order ID is[protected], i wrote an email but dint get any response yet.

Intially i wanted to recharge for 206 bonus card on my vodafone number but this dint happend so that got refunded as reward points on my komparify user ID([protected]@yahoo.com) i used those rewards points to atleast recharge for talk time of 200 still i dint go through, please refund my money back as soon as possible

there should be a customer service number so that customer can contact and resolve their issue
