Koncept Automobiles Pvt Ltd — Deliberate raised bill for manufacturing fault and misbehave

This complaint is regarding a manufacturing fault of mahindra thar 2015 model, customer id:[protected], chassis no. F2h57246.

This vehicle had several manufacturing faults from the date of purchase and a few faults had been mended earlier but the vehicle had a major fault of turning towards left side which still prevailed and for this reason the above thar had been send to your workshop, sector 2 noida, as it was conveyed that this is a manufacturing fault and the defected vehicle part shall get replaced under no dues.

This was a manufacturing fault, but at the time of delivery of the same vehicle the employees kept asking money for the same and threatened me of dire consequences on not paying them the amount and as i kept on requesting them that as the fault was a manufacturing fault and this can be repaired or the part get changed by the company end still they kept on fraudulently asking me the amount and when i went to take the delivery of my vehicle they thrusted upon a handsome amount on me and forcefully took rupess thirteen thousand, (13, 000/-) form me and got a singed cheque of rupees three thousand and five hundred from me and only after this they let me go out of the workshop.


I even found that my car was damaged from outside as well as the seat cover of my car was torn and the wheel cover of stephani was missing and was not handed to me.

Still the above vehicle has so many faults a few of which is that this vehicle breaks down while driving, the vehicle gets continuous mist of the front glass which gets very risky.

All the above matter has been earlier various times telephonically conveyed to the concerned employees of your company koncept, but in vain.

I request you to intervene in the matter so that i may not suffer on account of the vehicle manufacturing fault and kindly get the money reimbursed which was deliberately taken by me and also return my cheque bearing number 898291, uco bank. And as per the requirement the above vehicle should get serviced and repaired or the faulty vehicle parts replaced up to the mark so that i may not suffer the vehicle manufacturing faults.
