Koncept Mahindra (Synergy Automobiles) — Fraud and poor service

Hi,

i am very very disapointed with the company. i have purchased TUV300 T8 on 26th february.

they tried to sell me an accidental vehicle by polishing it and repairing it.
many times i asked them to show me the vehicle and every time they told me that the vehicle is here and there.
and at the last moment they tried to sell me accidental vehicle.
it was good that i saw certain things and then had an argue with them. after that they made me sit for the whole day and then arranged another vehicle from somewhere else which was new.

i do not know why such a big brand is doing such cheap and ugly things and making its name bad. if you are doing such things with customers then how and what will we tell other people about the brand mahindra.
it goes for a bad word of mouth.

i should have filed a legal complain against them in the consumer court for their action but then i just did not do anything. and till now they dint even apologize for such a shame full act. they owe me an apology which i dint get till now and then i am receiving calls from customer care to close the complain. why should i??

after that m chasing these guys for the vehicle's insurance, which i got after more then a month, which i should have received in the beginning. i did not even got soft copy.
and now i am chasing them for vehicle's RC. which i did not get till now.
sales executive is not responding and the telle caller who receives calls at the showroom does not talk like educated people and when i told her that i will complain on the mail, she responded by saying what will happen ??? u have to deal with us. nothing will happen if you complain. it means doing mails and customer response or after service response of company is not good.
