Dear Sir I had ordered a product on WhatsApp from a company named (konde product & electronics pvt. ltd. ) on 07/09/2022.They have done fraud with me, today it has been a whole month but I have not received my product. He repeatedly asks me for money by making an issue, but when I told him to refund my money, even after that he kept saying that there is a problem, you will have to send the money, after that it will be refunded. How many times I sent them money thinking that I might get my refund but they didn't. He is still asking me for money but I have not sent the money yet, I have already sent him 24300 rupees.
