I went to Level 21 cafe, Greater Noida, UP yesterday with my family. We were 16 people. During the time of billing we asked the manager to remove service charges. To my surprise, they were not agreeing to the same and argue that service charges are mandatory and refused to take payment from dine out( app thru which i booked the seat in cafe)They told us either of the things won't be valid. The manager was quiet disrespectful and threatened us.
