I have given an application to change house number from my mother Sarawathy Amma to my name (Mr. Machingal Sunilkumar) upon her demise. As per my fathers will I am the legal sole owner of the house and we have submitted all the required documents for issuing the same. There is no other legal owner for this property. We understand that there was a application for the same house from my brother Sureshkumar Machingal and we reject to accept that claim. As per the will he has no claim on this property. Hence we request you not to issue any number on the same house which is owned by us. If he has a valid claim he has to prove it legally. Was this information helpful? |
