I am working in Kore security services (Address-305, Sasco Bhawan, Azadpur commercial Complex, Azadpur, and New Delhi-110030) from more than 10 months as General Manager Operations (East and North India).
When I joined this firm, the proprietor Retd.Capt.K.C.Joshi committed me to provide me Joining Letter, Mediclaim facility as well the increment in salary of 5000/- within 3 months. I remind him lots of time to fulfill his commitment and he always asked me that he will soon fulfill all the commitment .Now as I request him with pressure that its not only mandatory but its my legal right too, to get it and if he will not provide these things I have to go for legal processes.(Its for your kind information that this proprietor Retd.Capt.K.C.Joshi had never given any one the joining letter neither the medical benefits), which of course is every employees right
Now yesterday some of my colleague and clients told me that they are getting strange messages from our (Kore Security Services) office, through Proprietors son Mr. Kunal Joshi and mail from HR Mgr. Mrs Shilpi that GM Operations Sanjay Negi(Me) services has been terminated with immediate effects now the strange thing is that neither I nor my operational ground staff of Delhi and NCR was aware about in and they even don’t bothered to communicate us about this information.
Now when I tried to communicate Mr.Kunal Joshi he only refused to pay any salary of October month but also threatened me not to enter in office premises, which is totally opposite to code of conduct but also an illegal act, because officially he don’t have any post in Kore security Service till date so he is even not eligible to take any official decision.
Here I want to request and bring in to your notice that from tomorrow as I often will start go continue to office may be they can try to arise different problems to me and my operational on ground team so please help me and my team in this matter.
Regards,
Sanjay Negi, GM Operations, Kore Security Services, Hand Phone-[protected] (Off) / [protected] (Per)
