Myself Dr. H. N. Padiya - Riddhish Children Hospital From Jam-Khambhalia (Gujarat). I have purchased Kortek Karaoke Player (Model No- Karaoke MIC KHM150) Knm[protected] from the J.Kumar Marketing Limited, C.G.Road, Ahmedabad. Bill NO: 18958, Dated on[protected].
Before a month my karaoke faced with some problem and gone in dead condition. We had tried so many times number mentioned in Company's website and number mentioned in product's manual book. But all numbers are fake or not in working condition. I also tried to contact the company through email id. [protected]@kortekelectronics.com which is mentioned for complaints and contact address. But while sending on this email address, all mails could not sent and failed every time. Than i had sent Karaoke Player to J. Kumar Marketing Limited, Ahmedabad for repairing after telephonic discussion with him. After few days they said we can not do it and we are sending it to Mumbai for repairing. Now no one is answering of our complain and product repairing. Our Karaoke player is still their and they said company is closed but these karaoke model are still available online and store everywhere, how is it possible if Company is closed? And if company is closed than who is the responsible for repairing and service.
