Kota Hanging Bridge Toll Plaza — Charged forcefully wrong fees

I have attached a copy of slip and I have a video too as you can see in that slip that we have a car Honda Jazz and the slip shows that we paid toll for multi axle vehicle there are many persons with NHAI uniform surrounded the car and started to show their majesty there is no toll plaza there no cabin all is that there are lots of people with NHAI dress unfortunately we have to pay what they want . I have asked for board or anything which shows that it's a toll plaza they said that this toll has been going on like that from 4 years. I want justice as soon as possible or I have to take another action as you are going to sort out this problem.
