Kotak Mahindra Bank Collection Department — Mental Harrasment and torture for EMI collection

Hi Sir,

I missed to make the payment of this month EMI on committed date against my personal loan due to some financial and personal crisis. I received a call today from collection team where they were mentally torturing even statinng that I don't have a family, they do . The femal who spoke to me was very arrogant and very unprofessional through out the call. Right now I'm in a mental depression as the call more than 7 min. (Call received from [protected]) I forgot the name of the female who spoke to me. Since I ws mentally depressed, I tried to speak with their manager against the mental assault (called on [protected]). They said that they will get back to me and so far I have not received any response. I'm in dillamma now. request you to kindly go through the call recording
