I made a UPI payment of ₹300.90 on 08-Aug-2024. The amount was debited from my Kotak account (A/C ending ****6169) but the transaction failed and the beneficiary never received the money.

I have been following up for 480 days.
Kotak says Axis Bank must reverse it.
Axis Bank says Kotak must handle it.
Both banks have been passing responsibility and wasting my time.

As per RBI UPI Circular DPSS.CO.PD.No.629/02.01.014/2019-20, failed UPI transactions must be reversed in T+1 day.
I am now entitled to ₹100/day compensation = ₹48, 000.
This is clear negligence by both banks.
I am requesting immediate refund of ₹300.90 and compensation as per RBI rules.
