I would like to submit the following for your kind consideration and settlement.
I paid to janakiraman - sales rep of kotak life insurance from chennai office,  initially  rs.7, 50000/- under check # 757653 dated 12/12/2007 on indian overseas bank, vellore-tamil nadu  in december 2007 to take a kotak life insurance policy which i have taken in december   2007 for 10 years. Under policy number 00833829 then  i paid premium of rs 75000 per year for few years later changed to rs 50, 000 till it matured  and  the sum assured - rs 80, 67, 000 which was due on dec 27, 20017.

 i have not been informed when the policy matured in dec 27, 2017. They are cheating the  customers by utilising our money in expanding their business.
I sent several messages since the maturity date to settle my matured policy and assured sum. There is no sign of final settlement. It is nearly 7 months. They are sending irrelevant messages to take another policy.Â
I am now suspicious, my money has been mishandled. By janakiraman - sale rep. My change of address sent to the company several times has not been  updated in records, purposely sending Â

Correspondence to old address. And  insisting me to invest in other insurance for another 25 years.
Please look into this issue and settled my matured policy with sum assured. Necessary documents issued by the company is attached herewith for your persual
