Kothari Honda, Mohammadwadi, Pune — Unethical replacement of parts, inappropriate behavior repeatedly

The senior advisor behaves inappropriately time and again. They unreasonably change parts, charge for them and these then end up adding more problems. Replaced clutch liner for me without any reason and since then it is causing shuttering issues. I was out of town and they gave foolish justification to dad asking him to drive and come back if problem exists. Problem never went away and I visited them after 4 months and this person started misbehaving. He called me reckless driver however assured to show me the issue and fix problem if I pay for a clutch overhaul. To address the issue I did however the problem exists. I went again today and he started shouting you cannot come after 10 days that problem exists, and that He has told the reason why it occurs - which I have repeatedly told him is not the case however he does not listen but talks inappropriately. This is highly unethical, probably to cover their mistakes and malpractices. I demand action against such people & their malpractices as well as resolution of my problem couple up with compensation for the harassment these people have caused to me and society at large.
