Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the car service that I received for my vehicle, Hyundai Grandi10, with vehicle number TN77E6588.

I had given my car for service on 5th May 2023 with complaints of AC issues and the car pulling on one side. After the service representative called me on 6th May 2023, I was told there would be a delay in spare parts. However, there was no further communication from the representative.

I kept calling the representative every day, but he kept giving excuses and asking me to come to the service station. On multiple occasions, I asked him to provide me with the bill amount, but he made me wait for an hour and didn't call me back.

Finally, on 14th May 2023, I called the representative to enquire about the status of my car. He asked me to come to the service station to pick up my car, but even after waiting the entire day, I received my car at around 5 PM, without any of my complaints being resolved. I was extremely disappointed with the service and left my car at the station.

I would like to request that necessary action be taken to rectify the situation and ensure that such poor service is not provided to any other customers in the future. I hope to hear from you soon regarding the matter.
