I went to Madampatti Kovai thenrdral Recreation Club bar to get a signature full (Whisky) where it was written MRP rare as 960 INR and they asked me to pay 1040 INR which is 8p rupees extra per full and when I refuse to pay the extra charges they took back the bottle ans said have to pay the extra charge or I cannot get the bottle.
I was shocked as if they charge as much they wanted per bottle and we heard from news that strict action would be taken to the shops who charge more but after this notice was received TASMAC started to collect more money than before, not sure if this is happening by known to the shop owners for the benefit of more commission and sale.
