Krafton India Private Limited — BGMI account banned without using cheats requesting review

I am filing this complaint against Krafton India and the BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) team regarding an unfair 10-year account ban.

I have been a loyal player since 2017, originally from PUBG Mobile, and have invested over ₹20, 000 into my account via UC purchases, skins, and Royal Passes. My Character ID is[protected], and my IGN is 没ĐeadŠhot死.

On July 7, 2025, I received a 10-year ban on my account. I did not use any cheats, hacks, or scripts. The only thing I did was log in once using BlueStacks emulator on PC — I was unaware this violated the policy, and did not engage in any unfair gameplay.

I reached out to BGMI Support via email ([protected]@battlegroundsmobileindia.com) and submitted a detailed appeal. However, I received an automated response that my account will remain banned without any proper human review or explanation. This is highly unfair and unacceptable for a player who has been loyal for over 6 years.

I am requesting:
1. Manual review of my ban
2. Transparency on what rule was actually violated
3. A chance to recover my account or reduce the ban period

I request the relevant authorities to investigate this issue and ensure fair handling of consumer rights and digital property. Krafton India should not be allowed to permanently ban paying customers without due process or review.
