Krafts N Designs — Charged Insurance premium and did not purchase an Insurance and denied claim of broken parcel

I had booked a shipment to be picked up by their courier partner, which was insured on the app. The parcel was picked up in proper condition but not reach the client and was returned to us in a worn and torn condition. We approached India Post, the Postmaster provided a signed and stamped letter stating that the parcel was returned to the seller in damaged condition. They requested proofs, which I provided. However, when I asked for the insurance policy and parcel details, denied my request failed to provide them. They kept stating that they were investigating but never contacted me to inspect the parcel.
After a month, they informed me they would pay for repairing the product. I again requested the policy document, but they not share it. I called them approximately 15 days later, as I was traveling and unwell during that period. On the call, I asked the agent to review the trailing emails and attachments and inquired if the broken pieces of the product could be joined and repaired. The agent agreed that it could not be repaired and told me to wait a day for further investigation.
Today, I received an email stating that the courier partner, India Post, has rejected the claim. My question is: I paid the insurance premium to Shiprocket, and they are responsible for furnishing the policy details and documents and compensating us. India Post does not charge any premium or insure parcels, which we have confirmed with them. If that is the case, who took the policy, and why has the policy document not been shared with us? We have received multiple emails in which they contradict their own statements.
I intend to sue them in consumer court. As an e-commerce seller, will present all the proofs in our meetings and work to get them banned as a courier partner on platforms and boycotted individually by sellers for self-ship orders. My lawyer has assured me that he will plead my case in consumer court without charging me until I am compensated by the company. We also have our international presence too.
