[Resolved]  Kreation By Kj — Order not delivered and company not providing refund

Greetings of the day,

Your order has been delivered on 23rd of May 2023, with awb number K61765161, DTDC courier. We apologise for the delay in delivering your order. The previous parcel shipped on 2nd May with awb number X82117133, was misplaced by the courier agencies. We tried our best to locate the same and arrange for it's delivery but the same could not be done and hence a fresh parcel was despatched.

Once again, extremely sorry for the delay. This is not the kind of experience we would like you to carry back and hence as a token of apology please accept a discount coupon redeemable on your next order- KULA15

Also please note- the first parcel was undelivered because the phone number provided by you was INCORRECT. +[protected] the number is out of service and it is impossible to connect a call on the same. How will the delivery boy contact you if you provide a non functional number? Even today on trying to connect on the number it says that the number is out of service. We were constantly in touch with you through mails, even until the day you posted this review. Kindly introspect your faults before defaming a brand. Attaching below proof of communication proving this is a fake and unnecessary review to cover up your own mistakes. Also retracting the discount coupon because this was clearly your fault and lack of cooperation.

Now should the customer not APOLOGISE for defaming a brand? You enter a number which is not contactable, knowing fully about it and then write reviews about the delay in delivery, when the same was caused because the delivery agent couldn’t contact you! Funny!
