Kreditzy — Remove Loan from my cibil Loan : KZ201229TELMX

I have Done the Full Payment and my Loan was closed on 15th December 2022. But Till now my loan is not remove from my cibil. 46 Days completed till now.

Why Account status showing : SF/WD/WO//SET/RES. TILL NOW.

I have confirmed before payment.. After done done the payment all negative status will remove from cibil.

She said YES.

After confirmed I have done the payment.

Kindly remove all negative status and close my loan from cibil on very urgent basis.
