Kreeditbee — harassing people for payment without knowing anything

I took loan from kreditbeeof RS. 10000/- on which I made part payment late because I have lost my job and my dad had health issues with harnia, when I got call I informed that I LL make payment in two installments and they said to make it on 30 April which I made including late fee and charges. But when again I am getting SMS I tried to connect with company on customer service but the something wrong with that. I meld on helpdesk email and they did not reply properly on my query.

Now they keep sending SMS on my Watts up I informed the rest amount I LL make on 31 St may including late fee and interest but they don't understand and sending SMS to my family and friends member without my permission. Which is unauthorised and said that if I did not made by tomorrow morning they will send legal notice my all family members. I don't understand will the procedure help to making payment. The contract number is [protected] of person who sending SMS on my friend circle.
