Project was salted to be delivered on a fast track basis, as mentioned by the contractor. However, there have been constant delays at every stage. This has been happening inspite of prompt payments from my end.
Mental and emotional duress caused by contractor for example: non-responsiveness, harshness during verbal communication, general stubbornness. Contractor also dares us to approach law enforcement or pursue the matter through legal channels. Was this information helpful? |
