Krishan Lal — stray dogs

I want to draw your attention towards our area (Phase 1, urban estate 250 sq. Yard last line of 1616, dugri, ludhiana). These dogs are very dangerous as they bark on every person, vehicle, car. Because of their fear every child hesitates to play in parks or streets. A few days back there was an accident in our street becoz of these dogs. Its a humble request to take action as soon as possible.
