Krishnakumar — nilgiri rusk - bad smell

I mada a purchase from qrs sreekariam yesterday morning. The bill amount was rs 3000.50. I haven’t kept the bill. One of the items i bought was nilgiris rusk. Today morning i opened the packet and tasted one piece. It was a horrible experience. The rusk was of the smell o[censored]sed oil of vilakku. I am really surprised to have such an experience from qrs which is always known for quality products. Almost all electronic goods i bought are from qrs main or pattom. I am a senior citizen and i visit there with much difficulty. The staff was very cooperative and they helped me to carry the purchased items. But for this bad experience i am always happy with qrs purchase. However i am not going to visit the shop again for a replacement my phone number is [protected]
