I purchased a COMBO PACK OF 3 STRIPED SHIRTS (Order ID: #25265) from Kris&John. The product I received was defective (the shirts were torn) and did not match the items I ordered. Despite contacting their customer support multiple times via email at [protected]@krisandjohn.in, I have received no response.
The details of the purchase are as follows:
Order Amount: Rs. 999 (Subtotal: Rs. 899 + Shipping Charges: Rs. 100)

Email Used for Purchase: [protected]@gmail.com
I request immediate assistance to process the return and receive a refund for this defective and incorrect product. The lack of response from Kris&John’s customer service is highly disappointing.
They even don't have a customer care no. to conatact to.
