Krsnaa Diagnostics Centre — Regarding did not initiate refund and staff is not responding

Hi,

I have admitted my father Mohd iqubal Pasha and my mother rehana pasha to Lokmanya hospital, senabati bapat road. Krsnaa diagnostic center has added bill of my mother to my father. I cross checked and told them that please initiate refund amount. I have shared them my transaction detail on Wattsp on 30 Oct. Today is 11 November, they did not have initiated transaction till now. Even their staff is talking rudely to me. I am having all proof how they have first do conspiracy on billing and did not initiate refund till now. You can see screenshot how they treat to customer once advance payment done.

I want to raise complaint against them as they do bill calculation fraud, not give all reports with patient (due to which multiple visit has to be done to hospital which is risky during covid), and refund amount is not recieved yet after 2 weeks.
