Please lodge a complaint against Krupa Handicrafts, Wadhwan in Gujarati dealing with heritage patola weaves. The account holder’s name is Bhikhabhai Dungarbhai Rathod. I interacted through Whatsapp with a person called Aditya. They were paid 1.40 lacs for 2 patan patola sarees last year on 1 August 2024. They have not delivered the sarees till date and have only refunded Rs 20000 through gpay. They communicated with me regarding dispatch and delivery but it was all a part of their fraud strategy. Have attached all the relevant screenshots for reference. Please look into the matter. Would like to get a refund of the money paid to them.
