KSN Honda Chennai — Payment, Invoice, Insurance and Bad condition Vehicle

Hi, This is Sudhakar From Chennai. I have purchased a Vehicle from KSN Honda Chennai Near Kasi Theatre. I have purchased a Honda Activa 3G and here is my concerens about the Sales and support and also the Vehicle Quality. I wanted to take this below points to your notice. Please find the same and kindly reply me. 1. Bike Value as per KSN Honda is Rs. 52067/- and insurance covered with Rs. 49464/- why this 2603/- difference ? 2. I have paid the amount for the vehicle on 25th March 2015 in a single payment, but the invoice raised in 31st March 2015, and for six days my payment hold with them without any reason, what is the reason on this ?. 3. Bike Insurance covered from 6th April 2015 which means after 12 days of Purchase Why this difference. 4. I have been charged Rs. 200 for 8 to 10 kilometers distance of the RTO office. 5.When i went to take my bike (Taking Delivery), i was waiting for an hour and after making 4 telephone calls to the sales person, then only the people have respond. 6. After taking my bike, it was stopped in a 5 KM distance there will be no even half litter of petrol. Please tell me what is the minimum Quantity of petrol for the new bike. 7. My vehicle do not have Indicator buzzer and if it chargeable why i have not informed. 8. There was some advertisement for Bike Helmet is free, if it applicable for me, i have not got the same. 9. When i take the Bike the Low beem light and Indicator was not working, Due to the good time i have taken the bike by 1.15pm and given back the Vehicle by 2.30pm on 16th April 2015. 10. I have told about this they have told me to use the bike for few days and comeback to them, after using the bike for 10 days, i have taken the Bike to the Showroom Mr. Selvakumar from Sales told me to take the bike to Service Centre. 11. When i take the bike to the Service Centre, the service people (Mr. Sudhakar the Service In charge of KSN Honda Ekkattuthangal) told me that the rat bites are there in the cabling area and i have to pay the charges for cable kit, this happen on Tuesday April 28th 2015, Tili now they have not given me the proper commitment. Moreover they wanted me to wait for 15 days time and i have to pay the charges for Cable Kit and that too i have to wait till their confirmation. Thanks for the understanding. Because of this i am mentally disturbed a lot. Please help me on this.
