This Bulilder is not responding to telephone calls or letter. I had gone to there JMD office Ansal plaza offices several times in past 3 years. I was talking to there sales executives Neetu, Rajiv ji all left the company as their salary for several months were not paid., I booked an apartment thru Media estate in Gurgaon at Urban Universe sector 114 Gurgaon in 2013 . Till date there is no progress and no govt. clearances to start .
My 10 Laks booking amount is stuck. They don't response to letters or phone calls. I need others who booked should meet and go to builder immediately.
I had even sent a letter to them requesting them to refund my money as govt. clearances is not there on this project.
I have all the bill receipts with me, I didn't sign the sale deed as I had to pay another 5laks.
I need some urgent help to take up this long pending matter to KST management.
