A person named KAPIL(MOB NO. [protected]) called & messaged me on my number approaching me to work from home job in a company named KT JOBS(website stated) a co. in Gujrat(as stated by KAPIL) for data entry work. The offer sounded quite lucrative & promising hence, I agreed to do the work commencing from[protected]. The person made me sign an agreement (which now i feel is bogus) via psychiatric coercion without giving me a proper opportunity to scrutinize the agreement. Then they provided me a login id & Password to work on their website on my email through mail id [protected]@gmail.com . I visited their website & saw some very disturbing things:
1. Their website is not secure i.e. they may hack my device & personal info.
2. The contact us feature of the website is not working.
3. No CIN, registered address or founder info is stated.
I don't have any copy of the agreement papers. When I told Kapil (via Watsapp) to forward me the same on my Mail he was adamant to make me login to that unsecured website stating that its present on your Account on website.
I did some research regarding the same and found that some thing is grossly wrong with the company. Many people have registered complaints against the same company in consumer court. I saw many youtube videos on such data entry job frauds for money extortion.
They have my Voter-id copy & photograph which they might misuse. Meanwhile, I have asked for a written assurance regarding the genuineness of the company along with the legal agreement on my mail.
Apart from this, I researched & found that last year they were operating by the name of KAMARA TECHNO... the address is the same, WEBSITE IS THE SAME, JUST CHANGED THE name of the company to KT JOBS
this year. THEY ALSO HAVE A FB PAGE Also read about some legal complaint against Kamara Techno JALGAO POLICE STATION IN MAHARASHTRA. USER ID & OTHER DETAILS ALREADY STATED IN THE PICTURES & SCREENSHOTS. I HAVE AN AGREEMENT COPY BUT DIDNT WANT TO SHARE IT HERE FOR SECURITY REASONS.
