I travelled in ktc bus from Nellore to Hyderabad by booking a ticket through Abhi bus Application, where i opted for BHEL as my drop point, but was dropped in the middle of the road in miyapur by the driver and the support staff by promising us thta they will arrange for an alternative. However they left by dropping us on road without any concern inspite of me asking for help with my 5 yr old kid and my wife with me on road .Being helpless I booked an auto to reach my place. Felt humiliated and helpless Am approaching you to seek justice in my case at the earliest . thanking you air
