Hi i need a support to raise a complaint i have already submit on consumerhelpline.gov.in
Regarding kuku TV can you help me to raise my complaint in any other forums
I have installed kuku tv by seeing a meta ad like can try for 2 rs and can close if not intrested so on oct 9 th i have installed the app i have used it for hardly 15-20 mins and next day itself i have canceled my autopay as i was not interested yesterday they have debited my money without my consent despite the cancellation of autopay next day itself of its installing when i called the number it was a auto response firstly it got connected and i have registered complaint like in auto response afterward when im calling the number its saying the number is not valid they have put this number on their website
* see they have debited money 499 but the funny part is that the subscription was for 3 months yesterday after debiting my money i checked the app still it showing to subscribe
Im a normal person i trust in the system and the gov juet check the kuku tv app review sir its flooded with the same review just image 100m download for app one day with the population of our country min with their false promise ads how many people will do this eg 499× 1000 means what is the money how many people will know how to address the complaint
