My name is Jeby Abu Mathew. I had paid ₹15, 600 in March 2026 to an agent named Kuldeep Nagar, who was dealing with the work related to my road tax refund at the Noida RTO office.
I was informed that the required process for my road tax refund would be completed through the RTO. However, even after several months, I have not received the tax refund, nor have I been provided with any acknowledgement number, application number, or official reference number confirming that my refund application was submitted.
I have been continuously contacting Mr. Kuldeep Nagar and calling him almost every day regarding this matter. However, despite repeated follow-ups, he has neither provided me with the acknowledgement/reference number nor completed the refund process.
