Kumar — abnormal delay in reaching by wasting time to board the passengers at every town in between

Travelled in megana bus no. Ap 01t 7722 from hyderabad to tirupati dated 02.02.2020. Service is very worst, they took so much of time to reach by stopping at every town in between to board the passengers and reached tirupati at 10.30 am next day as against the schedule arrival time of 7 am. Driver and maintainer both stopped at every bus stop, calling roadside passengers wasting time. Time factor is very crucial for us. I demand the compensation of refund of my ticket amount to credit back to my account. See that such worst service shall not be repeated in future.
