I had hired a full time maid from Kumar Personnel Services Pvt.Ltd oppo. Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Plot No: 982, 1st Floor, New Link Rd, Adarsh Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053, Mr. Biswajit was the contact person. After paying one year's commission to them with the condition that in case we are not satisfied with the maid, they will provide the replacement within 3-4 days. The first maid left the work after 20 days for some silly reasons and the replaced second maid also left after one month showing some family emergencies. The agency could not provide with proper replacement even after a month of constant calling. It has been now more than 3 months they are just not bothered to return the money. They are just delaying and neglecting the phone calls. the refund amount is 12500/-. I would like register a complaint against Kumar Personnel Services Pvt.Ltd Mumbai branch and they should be compelled to refund the customer's money. I advise all maid seekers to please avoid agencies like this.
