Kun Honda Tirupathi — very poor service provided at the showroom

I purchased Activa 4G scooty from Kun Honda tirupathi. We gave our scooty for the 4th free service on 19 Jan 2019 which is on Saturday. They asked us to collect the scooty on the same day evening.But I couldn't go.I went on Monday to collect my scooty and found that the service was too bad.They didnt even clean the scooty or wipe the scooty. Also in the services charges they mentioned 100/-for the polish.But the scooty was not polished at all.Then I asked the service man h didnt ull do the polish, the reply was ...sir now well do it and give ur scooty.But I have been waiting for one hour and more still they didnt complete the polish. If they didnt do the work why should they call the customer and ask to collect the scooty which is not serviced properly at all.And then of we give any complaint about all these there will be no response from the manager as well.All the employees at the showroom will be playing with their mobiles and will give no answers to the questions asked by the customers.This seems very rude to any customer not only me whoever comes to the showroom face the same issues.The showroom people only will call us for the free service to be done to our scooty and we customers will stop all our works and give our scooty at the service center but then the service provided by them is very poor.The experience customers are facing at the showroom is not seen by other customers at any other showrooms.
