Kunal Kaushik — Delaying my travel

Sir
Today at 6 AM I was travelling to Aluva from Petta station also I had Kochi one card unfortunately it is not reading. l asked the Lady in charge I could pay cash to travel first train only after leaving the first train as lwaited for the train and l missed my first train. The staff at the counter was delaying my journey. The staff could have told me the reason and the delay that would be caused but she was ignorant to do so. Please...

Kunal Kaushik — apdcl prepaid meter recharge

Sir, i have recharged my apdcl prepaid meter with 3000 rs yesterday but the voucher code not generated and also complained to apdcl customer care but they could not resolved the issue.. My transaction i'd is qsbi[protected].. I have checked my account also and the money has been deducted.. The platform gateway was billdesk... So... Plz confirm my transaction.. And see through this issue.....
