❌ My Experience – How Divya Developers Scammed Me
I was approached by Divya Developers, who promised me a property in one of their projects – Villa Palacio, Elegancia, or The North Chandigarh. I trusted them and paid ₹10 lakh as a booking/payment. But after the payment:
I received no property, no official documentation.
No construction or handover as promised.
No refund despite repeated calls and visits.
They vanished or gave excuses every time.
