I purchased 2 kurtis for 1000 rupees

from their instagram profile daily_wear_kurti. After the shipment is supposed to be with the delivery department(Sakshi) who is the instagram profile owner is not responding to my messages or calls and thy do not have a whatsapp number.

The contact number she provided is always switched off and i was informed that it is due to network issue. but the phone number is switched off 24 hrs. [protected]

now the product is not getting delivered as they are demanding me to pay 4000 as CGST from the delivery department. I suspect a fraud and the person doesn't have any basic manners and does not know how to speak. He is not ready to respond for any of questions and I already paid 750 extra as cgst . now he demands 3250 and not delivering the product. His number is [protected]

Please take the necessary action as Iam worried about the transactions.
I already paid 1750 including the kurtis charge
