I ordered a women’s kurta set from an Instagram shopping website/store. The parcel was delivered through Ekart Logistics with Tracking ID RDDC[protected] and merchant name KurtiBliss.
I paid ?698 through UPI at the time of delivery. However, the product received is completely different/fake and does not match the advertised item.
The seller website/contact is unavailable and unreachable now. I suspect this is an online shopping fraud.
I request refund of ?698 and strict action against the fraudulent seller/merchant.
