I ordered a co-ord set from https://www.kurtilovers.in/ on Jan 8, 2025, and the order was confirmed from their end on Jan 9, 2025. The product was delivered to me on Jan 16, 2025. The product was different in color and the neck pattern was also different from the one displayed on their website. When I tried reaching them, they told me they were just the sales team and gave me another number to reg my complaint with them. But they too ignored my calls and texts. After a few days, I got a reply from them saying it was the same product and there was no return option. I have attached the chat screenshots along with the product they displayed on their website and the product I received.
I would like to return the product and get a full refund.
