kurukshetra — Blockage of swerage / health rish

I live in the Kurukshetra neighbourhood of Ratgal village, sector 7. Human waste is leaking from the sewage hole and there is an obstruction in the sewer. Due to this obstruction ( blockage), there is a strong odour and more mosquitoes are appearing. People who live there are at risk for health problems.
This happen In Patwari wali gali, there is a sewer blockage and waste discharge.

Please fix this problem as soon as possible because it is really annoying and may possibly spread a lot of infections.
