Kush Aroma Exports — Retracted goods that were sold and dispatched, causing loss of business

I had contacted Kush Aroma Exports for an urgent raw material requirement on the 14th of Aug 2020. After having reached a mutual agreement on the quantity, rate and proper verification documents (Certificate of Analysis). The deal was closed amicably on the 20th and the monies were transfered and the material was shipped on the 21st of August 2020.

I called the said party on 24th of August to enquire about a basic detail (date of extraction, even though on the phone in an earlier converstaion they mentioned January 2020) which they also forgot to mention in their soft copy of the COA. And as I was in a meeting with my manufacturer I needed those exact dates (manufactur and expiry) . My vendor's reply to my telephonic query was " why don't you wait till your courier arrives and then you will find the details enclosed there". I expressed my urgency at the matter of those dates being needed at the moment and asked him shockingly if he was even aware about the extraction dates. To which he got aggressive and started talking about cancelling the order and retracting my already paid and dispatched shipment.
My shipment arrived on the 24th to bangalore and minutes before delivery, he got the shipment retracted and also refunded the monies of which I have no use, as due to this 7k purchase I am facing a loss of close to 17 lakhs.
I cannot begin to express my state of shock at this kind o[censored]nproffessional and illegal action
I have suffered a huge loss in my business production (timelines, manufacturing, travel) due to this. As my entire production line was uspposed to start on the 26th of August.
As an SME entreprenuer I even mentioned to him that I would regiuster a formal complaint in the Bangalore Police jurisdiction to which he replied that his Bro-in-law in the IG in Kanpur and nothing would be done about that either.
And that too for unfair and unproffessional
and bullish behaviour.
